Upgrade your 3rd Gen Cummins for maximum starting power with this heavy-duty 3/0 Hard Start battery cable kit, built specifically for 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 5.9L Cummins diesel.

This is the step-up version of our standard 2/0 kit. The larger 3/0 gauge positive battery-to-starter cable delivers significantly more copper and lower voltage drop—ideal for cold climates, high-demand applications (snowplows, heavy accessories, etc.), or trucks that struggle with hard starting.

Kit Includes

• Positive 2/0 battery-to-battery crossover cable
• Positive 3/0 battery-to-starter cable with starter-to-junction block wire and splice
• Left (driver-side) negative cable with 3 wires
• Right (passenger-side) negative cable with 2 wires
• 2 Positive + 2 Negative military-style battery terminals
• 4 lock nuts
• 2 red + 2 black military-style terminal covers
• 2 sets of terminal protector washers
• Protective loom
• 5 mountable + 5 standard zip ties

Fitment: 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 Ram 2500/3500 with 5.9L Cummins I6.

Recommended for: Extreme conditions, cold weather, snowplow trucks, or any application where maximum cranking amperage is needed.

Note: Most applications use a straight starter lug. Some late 2007 models may require a 90° starter lug—verify your starter connection before ordering if you have a late 2007 truck.
