Upgrade the electrical system on your 6.0L Power Stroke with this complete heavy-duty hard-start kit, built specifically for 2003–2007 Ford Super Duty F-250, F-350, and Excursion trucks.

Factory cables on these trucks commonly suffer from corrosion, voltage drop, and hard starting. This kit uses a 3/0 battery-to-starter cable for maximum cranking current—the preferred choice for cold climates, snowplows, and heavy-use trucks.

Why 3/0?
2/0 (#4437) is the standard upgrade. This 3/0 hard-start kit puts a larger cable on the starter circuit for lower voltage drop and stronger cranking in extreme conditions.
