Upgrade the electrical system on your 7.3L Power Stroke Super Duty or Excursion with this complete heavy-duty 2/0 battery cable kit. Built for 1999–2003 Ford F-250, F-350, and Excursion trucks with the 7.3L Power Stroke 16-valve turbodiesel.

Factory cables on these trucks commonly suffer from corrosion, voltage drop, and hard starting. This kit replaces the main battery cables with larger 2/0 pure copper cable for stronger cranking power and improved reliability.

• Positive 2/0 battery-to-battery cable
• Positive 2/0 battery-to-starter cable
• Right and left negative cables
• 2 positive + 2 negative military-style battery terminals
• 4 lock nuts
• 10-gauge, 72-inch start-relay-to-starter wire
• 2 red + 2 black military-style terminal covers
• 2 sets of terminal protectors

• 5 mountable + 5 standard zip ties

• 90° — stock starter
• Straight — aftermarket high-torque (Denso-style) starter

2/0 vs 3/0
2/0 is the standard upgrade for most applications. If you live in a cold climate, run a plow, or have hard-start issues, use the 3/0 hard-start kit (#2300) instead.
