Upgrade the electrical system on your early 6.7L Cummins with this complete heavy-duty hard-start kit, built specifically for 2007.5–2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks.

Factory cables on these trucks commonly suffer from corrosion, voltage drop, and hard starting. This kit uses a 3/0 battery-to-starter cable for maximum cranking current—the preferred choice for cold climates, snowplows, and heavy-use trucks.

Kit Includes

• Positive 2/0 battery-to-battery cable
• Upgraded positive 3/0 battery-to-starter cable
• Left (driver-side) negative cable with 3 wires
• Right (passenger-side) negative cable with 2 wires
• 2 positive + 2 negative military-style battery terminals
• 4 lock nuts
• 2 sets of terminal protector washers
• Protective loom
• 5 mountable + 5 standard zip ties

Why 3/0?
2/0 (#792) is the standard upgrade. This 3/0 hard-start kit puts a larger cable on the starter circuit for lower voltage drop and stronger cranking in extreme conditions.

Fitment: 2007.5, 2008, 2009 Ram 2500/3500 with 6.7L Cummins diesel.
Does not fit Laramie Edition.
