What is covered: All goods manufactured by us that are defective in material or workmanship.
How long it is covered: One (1) year from date of purchase for assembled cables; 90 days for loose unassembled parts and cut wire.
What we will do: Repair or replace the defective goods free of charge or, at our option, refund the purchase price of the defective goods (not including taxes or shipping charges).
What we will not do: We will not pay service labor costs, costs to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced good, or costs of shipping or transportation of any defective repaired or replaced good.
Other conditions: This warranty only covers the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover defects caused by mishandling, accident, improper installation, modification or misuse of the goods.
WE WILL NOT PAY ANY KIND OF DAMAGES CAUSED BY A DEFECTIVE GOOD, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective good (not including taxes or shipping charges).
What you must do: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – click here for a link to form. Here we ask for a written description of the alleged defect. Shipping instructions are included with the RMA form.

If you want to exchange the cable and it is a stock item, we will invoice you for the new cable and ship it to you. If you are ordering a new item, and returning one, please add a note on the new order form to let us know.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned, stock merchandise. Note, this fee may be waived if the product comes back in good shape and can be returned to inventory. You will pay the shipping fees for the return of the merchandise. Your credit on the merchandise will be for the product only and does not include shipping charges.
Returns will NOT be permitted after thirty (30) days from shipment, except for warranty claims (view limited warranty statement).
All parts must be returned in their new, unused and original, condition.
All returns must be packaged securely prior to shipment.
All returns will be shipped at customer’s cost.
Returns will be processed and credited within sixty (60) days from the date of arrival.
If an order for cables requiring special-order parts is canceled, we reserve the right to charge a 40% cancelation fee. This is because we will be charged a restocking fee to return the special-order items. If work has begun on the cables, the items cannot be put back into stock and will either be sold at a deep discount or sold for scrap copper. We will work with the customer to minimize the cancelation charge. If an order is canceled before any special parts are ordered and no work has been done on order, the cancelation fee will be waived.

Because special-order cables are built to the customer’s specifications, we will charge a 50% restocking fee. This is because the cable cannot be put back into stock and sold at a deep discount or sold for scrap copper.
This is why we ask you to check and double-check your measurements when placing orders for custom cables. If you have any questions, we would rather have you send an email or pick up the phone and call us with any questions you may have.
