This 1989 Jeep is owned by Joe in Illinois. He was doing an engine swap (replacing the 4 banger with a Jeep in-line 6) and wanted some cables "same length as stock 6 cylinder cables but beefier".
Here's how he describes the Jeep:
"My Jeep is a 1989 YJ
but it has the CJ-7 grille, hood and tail gate now. It has a 1995 Jeep
Cherokee 4.0L with a NV4500 trans and a NP231HD transfer case. 33" BFG
M/T KM...4.5" lift with a 1" body lift. Dual Optima batteries. The tub
is Herculined. A few other mods but I don't want to bore ya."
Here's the email he sent me after receiving the cables.
"I knew they were going to be heavy duty but damn, these things are way more tough than I imagined. You rock dude! thx"

If you want heavy duty battery cables for your Jeep, I'm build these ahead of time and keep them in stock:
40 inches of 1/0 cable for the starter with a 22 inch lead (#4 wire) with 5/16, 90 degree heavy duty ring terminal (for fuse/relay box).
28 inches 1/0 for the engine block and a 9 inch lead (#4 wire) with heavy duty 3/8" ring terminal for the chassis ground.
Note: If you are running a large oversized battery (like the 1000 CCA Optima) you might need cables that are a couple of inches longer.
