Hopefully, you've found this page because you are looking for battery cables for a GM application. At this time, you can buy the cables used on GM and Chevy pickups, Blazers or some other single battery GM V8 applications. We continue to cables so if you don't see what you need please email.

Our heavy duty cables are made from cast copper battery terminals and 1/0 cable. The positive cables feature a heavy duty 90 degree starter lug with 3/8 hole. The negative cables use a standard lug. They should work great for any small block. The stock cables were probably #2 gauge so our 1/0 cables are a wire size larger.

However, if you have a big block, high compression or diesel engine you might want to consider our 2/0 cables. They are also available below.

Our ground cables come with a #4 cable for the chassis ground, much heavier than the tiny wire (#14 maybe??) on the stock wires.

We offer 3 different types of GM cables. The 59 inch 1/0 side post (used on many GM V8s), cables with top post terminals for converting to top post batteries and extra heavy duty top post cables. The top post cables are a couple inches longer, to account for the taller battery.

1966 - 1967 Chevelle Big Block V8 Heavy Duty 1/0 Top Post Cables: I got this design from a 1967 Chevelle. It may fit other GM applications. The cables are a little longer than stock to allow for taller batteries and a little added slack for flexibility in routing the cables. They are also a larger gauge, have cast copper battery terminals and adhesive lined heat shrink.

V8 Heavy Duty 1/0 Side Post Cables: I got this design from a 1972 Buick Skylark. It may fit other GM applications. Larger gauge stock with cast copper battery terminals and adhesive lined heat shrink.
